My Earnings for August 2021
My viral article earned me a fortune!
My income on Medium has been increasing day by day.
Being from India where things are 3X cheaper, from the start, I made enough income to eat out at a restaurant for a meal, but it was only this month that I passed by $50 goal.
(Edit 22–08–2021: It's my first 100$ on medium today!!)
The best or maybe the worst part depending on how you look at it is, I made enough money from a single viral article than I made in the entire last month!
Literally, it took me one viral article!
I want to say I worked hard, published articles every day, and all that good stuff, but my fellow writer, the best tip I can give to you is… writing a viral article is like using pickup lines on women.
It's a numbers game and you never know what might click
I just woke up one day to realize, “I finally got my lucky break, huh!”

I would also like to mention that the other articles I wrote earlier also kept earning and have contributed to reaching my $50 goal, so even more reason to keep writing with a focus on quantity.
